Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the tooling department, ensuring availability and readiness of all tools and fixtures.

• Oversee tool design, repair, rework, and preventive maintenance programs.

• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to troubleshoot tooling issues.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives for tooling performance and cost savings.

• Manage tooling inventory, budgets, and vendor relationships.

• Train and mentor team members to achieve production and quality goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in tooling, machining, or manufacturing leadership.

• Strong knowledge of tooling design, repair, and maintenance processes.

• Hands-on experience with CNC machines and precision measurement tools.

• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred, not required).
