Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting

Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports

Organize meetings, events, and company-wide initiatives

Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders

Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Assist with special projects and support executive priorities
Ideal Candidate:
-
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal direction

Tech-savvy; comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools

Positive attitude and a collaborative spirit
Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
