Job DescriptionJoin a manufacturing team as a Packer, responsible for inspecting and assembling parts from machines to ensure quality and accuracy. This hands-on role includes operating in a loud, fast-paced production environment with oily or wet parts. You'll play a key role in maintaining safety and product standards while growing your experience in a reliable, temp-to-hire position. Responsibilities
- Inspect parts from machinery to verify quality and correct operation
- Perform basic assembly duties as needed
- Maintain awareness of safety at all times
- Handle bulk parts using tools such as magnets or shovels
- Keep work area clean and follow production protocols
Qualifications and Requirements
- High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable working in a loud environment with oily or wet parts
- Able to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for the entire shift
- Must wear steel-toed shoes
- Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing setting
