This is not a back-office role; it requires strong listening, organization, and the ability to take ownership while multitasking seamlessly, ensuring every opportunity is handled with care, clarity, and consistent follow-through.

What you'll get:

Base Salary: $40,000–$45,000

Full-time, Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Havertown, PA, with remote flexibility

Growth into owning estimates and the full sales process

Compensation:

$40,000 - $45,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Answer and follow up on calls and inquiries promptly
• Gather and document customer details for accurate estimates
• Coordinate next steps and handoffs across teams
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities without letting anything slip
• Keep notes and records organized and up-to-date
• Support smooth operations across two service brands

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years in sales, customer service, or administrative roles
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Calm under pressure and solution-focused
• Self-starter who takes ownership of tasks
• Able to multitask and prioritize effectively
