We’re hiring an Industrial Maintenance Electrician to support and repair large-scale manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on role focused on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability—with opportunities to work on new installs, upgrades, and system improvements.
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems on production equipment and facility systems
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
- Work on PLCs, drives, motor controls, and electrical components
- Support new equipment startup, testing, and system validation
- Install and modify wiring, conduit, and electrical components
- Diagnose issues with motors, controls, and industrial wiring systems
- Assist with hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting
- Contribute to continuous improvement and equipment upgrades
What We’re Looking For
Electricians with industrial or transferable experience
- 2+ years of experience in:
- Industrial maintenance OR
- Manufacturing OR
- Commercial/industrial electrical work
Ability to read schematics and electrical diagrams
Experience with motors, controls, wiring, and conduit
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with PLCs or control systems (1+ year ideal)
- Experience in welding, fabrication, or heavy manufacturing
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
- HVAC or facilities maintenance exposure
- Experience with equipment installs, retrofits, or startups
- Trade school or technical degree in electrical/electronics

Schedule & Work Environment
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Overtime available (double-time pay after 50 hours)
- Large manufacturing facility with heavy equipment and advanced systems
- Work includes production floor, electrical panels, lifts, and facility systems
- PPE and strict safety standards enforced
