Job DescriptionWe are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Youngstown, Ohio. This is a long-term contract position within the banking industry, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to daily office operations and support organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will handle document management tasks and other clerical duties with precision and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
• Digitize paper documents and electronic files following established procedures.
• Operate office equipment, including Xerox machines, to complete scanning and copying tasks.
• Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive financial information during document handling.
• Assist with answering inbound calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
• Maintain organized electronic filing systems to support efficient record-keeping.
• Perform receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors and managing incoming correspondence.
• Support general clerical activities to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and ensure consistent workflow.• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with electronic document management systems.
• Ability to operate office equipment, such as scanners and photocopiers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently in an onsite environment.
• Excellent communication skills for handling calls and inquiries.
• Prior experience in clerical or receptionist roles is preferred but not required.
