We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Event Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in coordinating sales for our event design services, ensuring a smooth process from lead generation to post-event client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills and a talent for building lasting relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage incoming event sales inquiries and leads

  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and service agreements for clients

  • Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales and planning process

  • Work closely with the design and production teams to align event deliverables with client expectations

  • Track and manage event sales performance and client feedback

  • Support onsite execution when required to ensure service excellence

  • Identify upselling opportunities during the event planning phase

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales reports

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)

  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination or sales

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
