Our fast paced, growing insurance office in Longmont, Co is looking to fill a sales position. This position is full time. In this role you will reaching out to new clients needing new insurance quotes or coverage reviews. This role has the opportunity to grow into being your own agent or working alongside a mentor. This position offers a base salary + commission opportunities. If you have interest in growing as an active Insurance Agent then this role is a great place for you to springboard.

Responsibilities
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Generating insurance quotes.
- Support the growth and sales environment of the agency
Requirements
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Confident individual who works well independently.
- Property & Casualty license is required. (we will help you obtain this if you do not currently have an active license)
