Are you located near The Spot Dispensary at 154 Vanderbilt Avenue, Brooklyn, NY? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, capable of working independently, and interested in contributing the cannabis industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and set up website using HTML
- Maintain and configure multiple monitors and computers to display various social media platforms in the showroom.
- Create and produce detailed social media videos documenting pop-up events.
- Build and maintain the company website crafting high-quality content (thinking photos, videos, and written posts) that show cases our products across various platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
- Schedule pop-up events with vendors confirm their attendance on the event day.
- Assist in the coordination of pop-up events.
- Generate innovative ideas to products sold at The Spot Dispensary.
- Maintain a workstation within the office area.
- Perform daily and closing tasks, including cleaning and preparing the Employee Lounge area.
- Serve as ID checker Budtender and assist with customer checkouts when or if necessary.
- Possibly utilize a customer database phone numbers to organize promotions and a program.
- Manage specials and product promotions using the Blaze POS system (a plus).
- Educate customers about available products through social media and information on current promotions or featured items.
- Stay informed about company brands, products, and policies.
Key Requirements:
Experience in website development and/or the cannabis industry is preferred.
Benefits:
Starting Wage: $20/hour for 40 hours per week.
