About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role covers the full spectrum of HR functions — from onboarding to compliance, recruitment to employee engagement — in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
HR Systems, Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain and update ADP Workforce Now to keep employee records accurate, current, and compliant.
- Process new hires, employee changes, and terminations promptly with complete documentation.
- Run scheduled and ad hoc HR reports, preparing concise leadership summaries.
- Assist with periodic audits, including I-9 and training compliance.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Manage full onboarding — from recruitment hand-off to orientation — ensuring a seamless experience.
- Prepare materials, schedule sessions, and track compliance documents.
- Support offboarding with termination packets, exit interviews, and legal compliance steps.
Leave of Absence (LOA) Administration
- Track and update LOA records in ADP Workforce Now.
- Coordinate with leave management vendors for accurate case updates.
- Maintain communication with employees and managers during leave periods.
Recruitment Coordination
- Post job openings, track candidate activity, and schedule interviews.
- Partner with hiring managers for administrative and logistical support.
Administrative & Project Support
- Coordinate HR initiatives, meetings, trainings, and events.
- Assist with special projects and distribute HR communications.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Employee Engagement & Events
- Plan and execute company events, celebrations, and recognition programs.
- Manage vendors, RSVPs, event setup, and follow-up.
- Send employee recognition messages for milestones and achievements.
Collaboration
- Work closely with HR team members and other departments to ensure a consistent, positive employee experience.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years in an HR coordinator/support role.
- Required: Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now.
- Preferred: Experience in the real estate industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables) a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information.
Compensation
$65,000 – $70,000 annually. Commensurate with experience.
