Job Title: Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Mountain View Rehabilitation and Senior Living Center – PA

Mountain View Rehabilitation and Senior Living Center is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house rehab team. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a Clinical Fellow (CFY) ready to start your journey, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive, resident-centered team.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate residents for swallowing, speech, or cognitive deficits

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Support residents in achieving their cognition and swallowing goals

Provide education to residents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members

Monitor resident performance and adjust treatment as needed

Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards

Complete daily documentation and billing accurately and timely

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

Collaborate effectively with fellow rehab and facility staff
Qualifications:

Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred

Experience with the geriatric population preferred but not required

Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
