We want to expand our dynamic team with a Manager, Client Partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Grows key accounts by building long-term strategic partnerships with clients;
  • Actively identifies and cultivates new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical industry;
  • Develops strategic account plans and ensures periodic account targets are being met;
  • Acts as a consultant to pharmaceutical clients to help them find strong, effective, and innovative Medical Communications solutions;
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of proposals and business opportunities in our CRM;
  • Serves as the client representative within a dedicated cross-functional account team, ensuring strategic prioritization and execution of projects;
  • Represents MedComms Experts at industry conferences;
  • Proactively stays abreast of the newest developments in Medical Affairs and Medical Communications;

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a Medical Communications agency required
  • Excellent understanding of Medical Communications deliverables for Medical Affairs clients
  • Accurate and detail-oriented working style with a high degree of integrity, tact and confidentiality
  • Willing to travel to client meetings and medical congresses
  • Proficiency with Apple Devices and G-Suite Office Tools, preferred
