Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Client Assessment and Evaluation
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health conditions and determine appropriate treatment.
- Use diagnostic tools, interviews, and questionnaires to evaluate symptoms and underlying causes of mental health issues.
2. Treatment Planning
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on the assessment, outlining goals and appropriate therapeutic interventions.
- Review and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure client progress.
3. Psychotherapy and Counseling
- Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions, using therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based treatments.
- Help clients develop coping strategies to manage their symptoms and improve daily functioning.
- Facilitate therapeutic interventions to address trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.
