USA Supply Groups is a material distributor focused on fiber, electrical, and underground-related materials. We work directly with manufacturers and vendors to provide customers with competitive pricing, accurate lead times, and reliable order fulfillment.
We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to help manage customer quote requests, vendor pricing, purchase orders, order tracking, and invoicing. This is a key role in our day-to-day operation and requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable handling multiple moving parts at once.
Position Overview
The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the full quote-to-order process.
This person will receive quote requests from customers, send RFQs to vendors and manufacturers, collect pricing and lead times, prepare customer quotes, process purchase orders, create vendor purchase orders, track material through delivery, and help ensure invoices are completed accurately.
This is not a high-pressure cold-calling sales role. It is a detail-heavy inside sales and order management position. The right person needs to be sharp, organized, responsive, and able to follow through from start to finish.
