Schedule/Hours:
- 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM shifts
- Rotation includes call, weekends, and holidays
- No block scheduling
Key Qualifications:
- Valid RN license with operating room experience
- Previous travel nursing experience is required
- Level 1 trauma center experience is required
- Strong skills in perioperative nursing
- Burn care experience is preferred
- High rating on clinical skills checklist
Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, efficient care during surgical procedures across multiple specialties
- Manage patient preparation, circulating and scrubbing duties according to best practices
- Respond to trauma and urgent surgical cases with expert, timely care
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and allied health professionals
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement and safety initiatives
