LHH is recruiting for a full-time, REMOTE Senior Social Media Manager for one of our clients in the Financial Technology industry headquartered in Chicago, IL. If you thrive in dynamic environments and love turning complex topics into engaging social content, this role is for you!
Location: Remote. Candidates from the Chicago area are strongly preferred, but opportunity is open to candidates in Central and Eastern Time Zones (in United States only).
Compensation: $130K-$160K + benefits
Benefits offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, short term disability, long term disability, AD&D insurance, 401k plan, 10% annual bonus, flexible work schedule, up to 15 days of Personal Time Off is offered a year, 9 Paid Holidays, and other perks. Paid sick leave is applicable by state law.
Role Requirements:

5+ years in social media management in news, media, sports, fintech/financial industries is preferred.

Proven success covering live events, shows, or broadcasts

Strong video editing skills (Cap Cut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma)

Experience with social content management platforms (i.e. Sprout Social or Sprinklr)

Analytical mindset

Detail-oriented, with high standards for accuracy and compliance

Excellent writing and voice development skills
If you are passionate social media leader who enjoys leading day-to-day social publishing and engagement across multiple channels, transforming live and on-demand programming into high-performing social-first assets, helping a brand elevate on-air talent and foster real-time audience connections during broadcasts, cross functional collaboration with high performing teams, translating complex topics and conversations into engaging content that is brand/industry compliant, and monitoring analytics, and report on KPIs, and optimization strategies week over week, this role may be for you!
