Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A skilled Pharmacist opportunity is available for a contract role at a specialty pharmacy in Grand Rapids, MN. This position combines retail and long-term care pharmacy responsibilities, providing a diverse and engaging work environment. The contract is expected to run for 13+ weeks.
Location:
- Grand Rapids, MN
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 am 5:30 pm
- Possible rotating weekends
Responsibilities:
- Provide pharmacy services in both retail and long-term care settings
- Manage dispensing, counseling, and medication therapy management
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Pharmacist License
- PharmD degree preferred or MTM certification
- Immunization Certification
- CPR Certification
- Experience in retail pharmacy and long-term care settings is advantageous
