This part-time opportunity is designed for individuals looking to build their professional skills in a welcoming, structured environment. Under immediate supervision, you'll perform routine office duties that require attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
Normal Shift: Monday through Friday Hours vary based on candidates' school and activity schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with basic clerical functions such as scanning documents, shredding, filing, data entry, copying, and posting mail
- Operate simple office equipment relevant to your assigned area
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment, restocking supplies as needed
- Support additional office tasks as assigned
- Follow all established City safety policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements
- Must be a US citizen or lawfully authorized alien worker.
- Must be between the ages of 15 and 23.
