We are seeking an experienced and driven Executive Chef to lead a high-volume, upscale kitchen known for its refined culinary approach and dynamic guest experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is passionate about precision, creativity, and consistency.
Responsibilities:

Oversee all day-to-day culinary operations and team leadership

Ensure excellence in food quality, execution, and presentation

Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships

Assist in menu development with a focus on seasonality and innovation

Standardize recipes and plating to align with brand and service standards

Maintain cost controls, labor efficiency, and kitchen productivity

Collaborate with management to deliver a memorable guest experience
️ Qualifications:

Proven Executive Chef or CDC experience in fine dining and high-volume kitchens

Strong understanding of food/labor cost systems and kitchen financials

Expertise in upscale Asian, sushi, or globally inspired cuisine a plus

Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Passion for culinary arts, team development, and elevated guest service

Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining consistency and quality
