Job Description

As a Service Appointment Coordinator, you will handle inbound and outbound calls for the Service Department, assisting valued customers with scheduling service appointments while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a prompt, courteous, and professional approach, strong teamwork skills, and close collaboration with service staff to ensure a consistently positive dealership experience.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound service customer calls.
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries.
  • Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
  • Schedule customer service appointments
  • Participate in team & process development sessions – keep positive relationships with teammates, sales and service teams.

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience.
  • Prompt and courteous
  • Enthusiastic personality
  • Must have strong computer skills.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
  • 1+ year in call center environment preferred
