As a Service Appointment Coordinator, you will handle inbound and outbound calls for the Service Department, assisting valued customers with scheduling service appointments while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a prompt, courteous, and professional approach, strong teamwork skills, and close collaboration with service staff to ensure a consistently positive dealership experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound service customer calls.
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries.
- Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
- Schedule customer service appointments
- Participate in team & process development sessions – keep positive relationships with teammates, sales and service teams.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience.
- Prompt and courteous
- Enthusiastic personality
- Must have strong computer skills.
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
- 1+ year in call center environment preferred
