A per diem Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide assessment services at a K-12 school in Alameda, CA. This contract role focuses exclusively on conducting speech and language assessments, making it ideal for professionals seeking flexible, assessment-only assignments within a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students
- Collect and analyze relevant data to support student communication needs
- Prepare clear, detailed assessment reports
- Collaborate with school staff and administration to communicate findings and recommendations
- Present assessment results as required
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology certification, preferably SLP CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Experience working in K-12 educational environments
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to gather and synthesize information efficiently
Location and Duration:
- Assignment based in Alameda, CA
