About the Role
As a Senior Associate, you will bring leadership, advanced design abilities, and technical expertise to a wide range of projects. You’ll guide work from concept through construction, coordinate with diverse design teams, and help shape the future of our firm’s community-focused portfolio.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, coordination, and production of projects from conceptual design through construction administration.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Oversee production of construction documents, bid tabs, proposals, specifications, and project budgets.

Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and municipal/MUD groups to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Conduct quality assurance reviews and maintain high standards through all phases of design.

Visit job sites, attend client and MUD meetings, and proactively problem-solve project challenges.

Support the design and implementation of hardscape, planting design, irrigation systems, monuments, site amenities, pools, pathways, and related elements.
Qualifications

10+ years of relevant professional experience in landscape architecture.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Landscape Architecture preferred.

Registered Professional Landscape Architect in Texas, or the ability to obtain registration within 1 year of employment.

Multi-faceted design experience in residential, commercial, industrial, and master-planned developments (MUD experience is a plus).
Advanced graphic and digital skills, including Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Suite, and CAD (MicroStation experience a plus). -
Excellent communicator with strong collaboration abilities.

Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated professional with strong critical thinking and a focus on delivering quality results
