Company Overview
We are an established, successful and rapidly growing disaster restoration and reconstruction company that rebuilds residential and commercial properties from damaged events. Our rebuild work consists of both renovations as well as ground-up new builds after complete losses.
Position Overview
The Construction Division Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects witin the division. This role involves strategic planning, management of resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, including a strong background in insurance reconstruction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring adherence to established timelines.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Prepare and submit project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to achieve project objectives.
- Review estimates in Xactimate.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong experience in insurance reconstruction
- Familiarity with Xactimate
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
