Job Description: We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in deep tissue massage and a commitment to following established protocols. You will be working alongside a team of talented therapists, including Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Physical Therapists (PTs).
CANDIDATES MUST BE LICENSED WITH CITY OF CREVE COEUR OR BE WILLING TO BE LICENSED THROUGH THE CITY OF CREVE COEUR TO BEING WORKING
Compensation:
$55.00 flat rate per 50-minute session, $82.50 flat rate per 90 min session (no gratuity)
$15.00 per hour when not booked (light admin work and laundry responsibilities)
Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday possibility of Saturday once fully onboarded at therapists choice
8 to 25 hours per week, with the potential for more based on demand and availability.

Requirements & Responsibilities:
Valid Massage Therapy License
Proficiency in deep tissue massage techniques
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Commitment to following company protocols
Ability to perform appropriate massage techniques based on individual needs for up to 80 min hands on.
Utilize physiology knowledge to customize treatment plans for optimal results.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Uphold professional standards and ethics in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
