We are looking for an Administrative Specialist to join our corporate team. This role will provide essential support across HR, accounting, and compliance functions for our diverse and expanding portfolio.


What You’ll Do

As an Administrative Specialist, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of our corporate office while collaborating with our field teams. Your responsibilities will include:


Human Resources Support

  • Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, and employee file maintenance across multiple brands and states.
  • Support payroll processing and timekeeping accuracy through Paylocity.
  • Help coordinate benefits enrollment and maintain compliance records.
  • Support our multi-locations with general HR knowledge and expertise.
  • Become familiar with the multi-state rules and regulations.

Accounting & Finance Support

  • Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
  • Assist with reconciliations, coding, and reporting by location/brand.
  • Support payroll through commission sale audits.

Compliance & Administrative Duties

  • Maintain up-to-date compliance postings, licensing renewals, and training records.
  • Assist with audits and reporting deadlines (FMLA, ACA, OSHA, etc.).
  • Provide general administrative support to the corporate office and leadership team.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in administration, HR, accounting, or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree required. A degree with coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems (Paylocity, ADP, or similar) preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple teams and locations.
