We are seeking a skilled machinist to perform mill machining using Fanuc Controls. The role requires precision with a tolerance of +/- 10k on an inch. While programming is not necessary, you must have the ability to edit M&G codes. Additionally, responsibilities include bench inspection, operating a CMM, and utilizing various gauges such as air, dial bores, OD mics, and indicators. Cycle times can range from 5 minutes to 4 hours depending on the complexity of the part.
Responsibilities
- Perform mill machining with Fanuc Controls.
- Ensure precision with a tolerance of +/- 10k on an inch.
- Edit M&G codes as needed.
- Conduct bench inspections, including CMM operation.
- Utilize gauges such as air, dial bores, OD mics, and indicators.
- Manage cycle times ranging from 5 minutes to 4 hours.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in Fanuc Controls.
- Experience with CMM operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Must own personal tools and a toolbox.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
