Are you a people person with a passion for helping others? Do you thrive in an environment where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist to be the heart of our Resident & Guest Services at our vibrant community at Evergreen.


Schedule: 27 hours per week. Working schedule is 8:30am-4:30pm Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (for a total of 7 shifts per two week pay period)

Salary: $14-17/hr. (based on experience) plus benefits

Benefits: Paid vacation and sick time, vision and dental insurance, matching 403(b)

What You’ll Do:

As our receptionist, you’ll be the first friendly face our residents, families, and visitors see. You’ll help create a welcoming environment while answering the phone, greeting guests, sorting mail, and keeping things running smoothly at Resident & Guest Services. Think of yourself as the community’s concierge, multitasking with a smile!

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Greeting residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism

  • Answering and directing phone calls with courtesy and accuracy

  • Supporting residents and staff with day-to-day inquiries and requests

  • Coordinating appointments, deliveries, and visitor logs

  • Staying calm and solutions-focused when problems arise

  • Keeping our front desk and lobby organized and inviting

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has strong customer service and communication skills

  • Can juggle multiple tasks while staying cool under pressure

  • Is a natural problem solver who can think on their feet

  • Has excellent time management and is detail-oriented

  • Is reliable, punctual, and a true team player

  • Has basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, phone systems, etc.)

Bonus points if you have experience in:

  • Senior living, hospitality, or healthcare

  • Multiline phone systems or administrative support
