Job Title: Physical Therapist / or Physical Therapist Assistant

Location: Castro Valley, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist / or Physical Therapist Assistant—New Graduates are also encouraged to apply—for our outpatient, on-site rehabilitation facility. This is a full-time, contract position working with a diverse patient population.
Responsibilities:
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Deliver high-quality outpatient care focused on functional outcomes
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate with clinical staff to support excellent patient care
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Educate patients and families on therapy plans and home exercises
Qualifications:
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; California Physical Therapy License
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Outpatient experience preferred (New Graduates Welcome)
