Pueblo, CO | $22–$25/hour | Immediate Openings

Schedule
- Rotating shifts - 2-2-3-3 schedule
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Overtime as needed
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Production Welder, you’ll play a key role in fabricating high‑quality components using MIG welding techniques. Daily responsibilities include:
- Performing MIG welding on mild steel and occasional stainless steel
- Material preparation, layout, tacking, grinding, sanding, and finishing work
- Inspecting welds and completed parts to ensure quality standards
- Maintaining welding equipment and managing consumables
- Following safety guidelines and keeping a clean, organized work area
- Working collaboratively to meet production goals
Experience from non‑traditional manufacturing backgrounds—such as autobody repair, metal fabrication, mechanical work, or hands‑on welding trades—is highly valued.
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills
- Practical experience with MIG welding (additional experience with SAW, TIG, or Oxy‑Acetylene is a plus)
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience using rolling equipment, overhead cranes, or working with large components
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with welding automation or Lean Manufacturing principles
Preferred Experience
- Fabrication, mechanical assembly, or production/manufacturing environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Reliable, team‑oriented mindset

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
