LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a healthcare company. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accounting Clerk to join our healthcare company in Pipersville, PA. This temp-to-perm position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processing, with exposure to payroll functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for supporting government-related financial operations.

Job Title: Junior Accounting Clerk (Temp-to-Perm)

Location: Pipersville, PA

Pay Rate: $20-$22 per hour

Job Type: Temporary to Perm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the processing of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Support payroll processing activities, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in an accounting or clerical role is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
