ANC Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for a friendly, helpful, and professional person to join our Endicott, NY office as a part-time Customer Service Rep! You'll be spending your time helping people, scheduling appointments, and supporting our reputation for excellence. If that sounds good to you, you'll receive the following pay and perks:

QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional communication skills and phone etiquette
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to apply in person
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel - preferred
- HVAC or fireplace industry knowledge - preferred
WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE
As our part-time Customer Service Rep, you'll be assisting people over the phone, answering questions, and providing professional service to make an excellent impression of our business. As phone calls come in, you'll respectfully speak with the customer to help with scheduling appointments, addressing concerns, and other matters. You'll also call existing customers to check on their system's performance and encourage them to schedule a tune-up appointment. When you're not assisting customers, you'll be helping office staff as needed to make every day a successful one!
