Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled FP& A Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Lakewood, Colorado. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining and improving financial models while ensuring accurate revenue reporting and analysis. Responsibilities:
• Update and refine Excel-based financial models, including consolidations across multiple entities and analytics for various revenue streams.
• Oversee accurate revenue reporting by exporting, validating, and integrating data from systems like Zuora.
• Act as a key contributor to stabilize FP& A operations during a leadership transition, ensuring workflows remain consistent and well-documented.
• Handle large datasets by preparing actuals, manipulating data, and maintaining accuracy within semi-automated models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance and RevOps, to meet recurring reporting requirements with minimal supervision.
• Provide support and continuity for reporting processes during system transitions, ensuring seamless integration of new inputs.
• Analyze financial trends and deliver insights to support decision-making across the organization.• Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
• Proficiency in managing annual budgets and revenue accounting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas and data manipulation.
• Experience working with SQL for data analysis and cleaning.
• Familiarity with subscription-based and recurring revenue models.
• Ability to handle and analyze large, multi-source datasets accurately.
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
