Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans for patients across age groups, with a focus on those at nutritional risk (e.g., diabetes, pediatric support)
Provide nutritional education and support to patients and families tailored to their readiness and learning style

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and contribute to the development of educational materials

Conduct regular reassessments and adapt care plans as patient needs evolve
Requirements
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) - Commission on Dietetic Registration (Required)
Licensed Dietitian (LD) - Texas Department of Licensing (Required)

Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field (Required)

Clinical experience in a hospital or clinical nutrition setting (Required)

Pediatric nutrition support experience (Preferred)

Proficient with EMRs, nutrition software, and Microsoft Office

Strong communication skills and patient education experience
