Position Summary
The Junior Processor team members assist in the execution of key operational duties, including documentation management and verification orders, to support the Operations Team and facilitate the timely processing of mortgage loans.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Order and track required loan documents including VA certificates of eligibility, tax transcripts, title documents, and payoff verifications.
- Obtain and verify rent/mortgage histories, written and verbal employment verifications, and other third-party documentation as required.
- Submit condominium packages to FHA for approval and follow up on approval status.
- Review all documents to verify the accuracy of the data, ensuring the correct borrower and property information is included.
- Maintain consistent communication with loan originators to obtain required documentation.
- Cross train in related areas to provide support and coverage as needed, ensuring a seamless workflow across departments.
- Deliver prompt, professional and accurate service to both internal and external clients, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- 2 years' previous mortgage experience.
- Knowledge of FHA, VA and USDA guidelines.
- Ability to maintain a knowledge of lending guidelines, investor programs, industry requirements, and industry changes.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet and electronic mail software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of professional integrity.
- High level of customer service skills.
- Maintains a positive, helpful, constructive attitude and work relationship with co-workers and supervisor.
- Strong time management and organizational skills in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.
