- Learning Awards and Regulations: It is essential to become well-versed in military awards, their regulations, and the protocols surrounding their display. This means studying the various ribbons, medals, and their order of precedence, as well as understanding the regulations for correct mounting and presentation.
- Building Custom Ribbon, Miniature Medals, and Full-Size Medal Mounts: A typical day will involve assembling these awards with accuracy and care. Each mount must meet strict guidelines regarding spacing, order, and construction. Attention to detail is critical.

During the initial training, new hires will be on an hourly basis. After quality and speed are built up throughout the training time, the individual will transition to a piece rate pay structure that, depending on the individuals motivation and skill set, exceeds the hourly rate.
- Salary: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance.
