Overhead Door Company of Salt Lake is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! This pivotal role is the first point of contact for our valued customers and is essential for ensuring smooth sales and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Incoming Calls: Professionally answer and manage a high volume of incoming customer and supplier phone calls, providing excellent service and directing inquiries appropriately.
• Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter and maintain customer account information, supplier data, and service details into our sales and accounting systems.
• Administrative Support: Perform detailed data entry tasks, ensuring the integrity and completeness of records necessary for accurate invoicing, tracking, and reporting.
• Coordination: Assist in scheduling, routing, and administrative tasks as needed to support the field team and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in a customer service, administrative, or data entry role preferred.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry are non-negotiable.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and comfort learning new sales and accounting software systems.
• Reliability: Must be reliable, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Schedule Requirement

• On-Call Availability: This position requires participation in an on-call rotation to address after-hours customer emergencies and service needs.
