We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Logistics Order Entry / Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders accurately, coordinating with logistics providers, and providing exceptional customer service. You will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and efficient order fulfillment process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently into our system
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding order status, shipping updates, and inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, logistics, sales, etc.) to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery issues with carriers as needed
  • Manage and update customer account information
  • Prepare order and shipping documentation as required
  • Handle returns, replacements, and resolve order discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
  • Support other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
  • Previous experience in order entry, logistics coordination, or customer service (1–3 years preferred)
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel); experience with ERP or order management systems a plus
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, team player, and customer-first mindset
