Kelly® is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to work at a premier manufacturing client in Frederick, MD.
Pay Rate: $27.70 per hourShift:1st / M - F 8am - 5pmDuration: 3-month contract position.
What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Technician? You’ll be:
- Performing C-Pak Freeze operations according to approved procedures, work instructions, and on-the-job training requirements.
- Working in temperature-controlled cold room environments, including areas set at 2-8°ree;C and -40°ree;C, adhering to all site safety and operational protocols.
- Executing activities as an EBR Operator within PAS-X, ensuring accurate electronic batch record management and compliance with system requirements.
- Completing all required read-and-sign training and following site documentation and work instructions.
- Maintaining audit-ready operations by strictly adhering to procedural, documentation, and system use standards.
- Collaborating with qualified trainers and site personnel, and participating in on-the-job training as needed.
- Retaining required access and operator qualifications for campaign-related systems and operational areas.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- High school diploma or equivalent is Required
- 1-2 years experience in a GMP environment (Preferred)
- Have previous experience in manufacturing, production, or laboratory environments (preferred but not required).
- Are comfortable working in controlled cold room environments (2-8°ree;C and -40°ree;C).
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with procedures.
- Possess good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn electronic systems such as PAS-X and SAP.
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team setting.
- Are detail-oriented and able to consistently follow documentation and operational procedures.
