Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available in Wilkes Barre, PA, focused on serving school-aged students. This contract position offers 35 hours per week, with part-time candidates also considered. The role starts ASAP and continues through August 7, 2026.

Responsibilities include covering maternity leaves in Lackawanna County initially, followed by working with itinerant students in the Dunmore, PA area during the spring semester. This onsite position requires reliable transportation.

Key qualifications:

Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Pennsylvania SLP licensure
Experience working in school settings
Ability to obtain or complete Pennsylvania clearances as required
Strong commitment to supporting student communication development
