We are seeking a Commercial/Ag Lender to develop and manage commercial and ag loan accounts. You will evaluate and authorize approval of commercial real estate and ag loans. **This position offers 12% Bonus Potential**
Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through the loan application process
- Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods
- Develop and maintain positive relationships through referral networks
- Cross sell bank products and services
- Oversee the cash management products, and work closely with the cash management team to develop and meet sales goals
- Monitor loan repayment activities and collect from past-due accounts
- Actively participate in local community events
- Assist customers with inquiries and take appropriate action to resolve them
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years experience performing as a commercial and or Ag lender
- Strong familiarity with financial and lending practices
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
