Job DescriptionDescription:

Responsibilities:

• Carries out day-to-day administrative tasks, relying heavily on computer knowledge and the ability to multi-task

• Serves as an additional point of contact for the department– troubleshoot user issues, liaise with customer support

• Tracking product performance post launch.

• Manage product sample fulfillment

• Manage tradeshow logistics for small and medium shows

• Creating training documentation for business applications

• Website maintenance

• Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.

• Prepare reports of findings, illustrate data graphically and translate complex findings into written text.

• Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.

• Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Years of experience:

2-year relevant experience with Marketing

Education

A. A. Degree in Marketing, Economics or Similar (bachelor’s degree preferred)

Equipment and Software Requirements:

Must be proficient with: Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)

Additional software and or platforms (beneficial, but not required)

i. Oracle/ERP/ Monday.com/ PM Software

ii. Customer Relationship Managements background (Sales Force, etc.)

iii. Magento

iv. Google Analytics
