Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Provide Speech-Language Pathology services in an educational setting within the Denver area, specifically serving schools in Aurora, CO. This is a full-time, onsite travel position for the 2026-2027 academic year, supporting students in grades across the district with a dynamic caseload of 25-45 students.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language pathology evaluations and therapy to students within the assigned caseload.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Participate in district professional development days, which are billable as part of the role.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
- Adhere strictly to onsite working requirementsno virtual service delivery is permitted.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Colorado Department of Education (CO DOE) certification.
- Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license.
- Background check and fingerprinting clearance as required by the district.
- Open to Certified Fellows with appropriate supervision provided.
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred but not mandatory.
Location and Schedule:
- Position based onsite within Aurora Public Schools in the Denver metropolitan area.
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, approximately 37.5 hours per week.
- Assignment locations and caseload numbers may vary throughout the school year.
