Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Automation Technician with strong experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting. This role requires hands-on expertise in electrical systems, industrial controls, and automation technologies. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working in various environments, and open to travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs (Toyopuc, Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley) – Minimum 2 years’ experience required
- Diagnose and repair electrical circuits, motor starters, and hydraulic systems
- Interpret mechanical and electrical schematics and drawings
- Perform hands-on installations, maintenance, and repairs using hand and power tools
- Travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time
- Work overtime (up to 30%) when needed
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field; or equivalent hands-on experience
- Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience
