Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions to policyholders in a timely manner.
- Data Management: Accurately document customer interactions and maintain updated records in the company's database.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve client concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to improve processes and enhance overall customer experience.
- Communication: Clearly communicate product information, policies, and procedures to clients.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek feedback from customers to enhance service delivery and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
Requirements
- PRIOR INSURANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
- Must have 220 License for flexible work location.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer systems and familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve common goals.
- Flexibility: Adaptability to work in both a remote and in-person setting as required.
