Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will manage multi-million dollar projects focusing on building systems, utilities, and HVAC work at the site. Prior experience in construction project management within a GMP facility is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee construction projects related to building systems and utilities.
  • Coordinate and manage HVAC-related work at the site.
  • Work on capital improvement projects with budgets of $1M or more.
  • Ensure adherence to GMP standards and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience in construction management, engineering, and project management.
  • Background in GMP, with specific experience in pharmaceutical or food and beverage industries.
  • Experience managing capital projects, particularly those related to building utility systems.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering preferred.
  • Experience with projects valued at $500k and above.
  • Willingness to travel on a weekly basis if not local.

Work Environment

The work environment is climate-controlled and adheres to clean room and GMP standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $90.00/hr.
