As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients through effective communication and will ensure that patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting any changes in patient conditions. Daily tasks will also involve assigning duties, instructing, and offering clinical oversight to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Completion of an accredited LPN program
- Active licensure/registration in the relevant state, with a requirement to maintain a valid Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment
- Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
- CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment
