Job DescriptionBachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Soliant is partnering with a great school district near Williamsburg, Virginia to hire a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. Position Details
•Full-time, contract position
•37.5 hours per week
•Monday–Friday schedule
•School year: August 2026 – June 2027
• 55 students on caseload, elementary or middle school caseload

What You'll Do
•Provide speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
•Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP
•Support students in areas including articulation, language development, social communication, fluency, and other communication goals as appropriate
•Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to reinforce communication strategies across educational settings

Qualifications
•Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited SLPA program
•Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required
•Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
