We are looking for a talented and seasoned Human Resources Consultant to join our team. You will collaborate with businesses of all sizes, from emerging startups to established corporations, to create and execute HR strategies tailored to their specific objectives and challenges. Your expertise will fuel organizational growth by strengthening workforce capabilities, cultivating inclusive workplace cultures, and ensuring adherence to employment laws.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with clients to assess their HR needs and develop tailored strategies to support business objectives, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and succession planning.
  • Policy Development: Design and implement HR policies and procedures that promote fairness, compliance, and best practices, ensuring alignment with local, state, and federal labor laws.
  • Organizational Development: Advise on organizational structure, change management, and leadership development to enhance efficiency and adaptability.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance on resolving workplace conflicts, improving communication, and fostering inclusive, positive work environments.
  • Training and Development: Create and deliver training programs to upskill employees and leadership, focusing on areas such as diversity, equity, inclusion, and professional growth.
  • Performance Management: Develop performance evaluation systems to drive accountability, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure clients adhere to employment laws and regulations, conducting audits and providing recommendations to mitigate risks.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights, helping clients make informed decisions about workforce planning and strategy.


• A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist roles and client-facing responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; PHR or SPHR certification is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, Dayforce, and ATS platforms.
• Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance requirements, and investigative procedures.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated project management expertise and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Self-aware and proactive in identifying and addressing challenges.
• Availability to work onsite five days a week and travel regionally as needed.
