GPS Bulldozer Operator - Central
Full-time
$20/hr + depending on experience.
6 am - 4 pm, or until finished if needed.
Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently seeking a skilled GPS-guided bulldozer Operator for a construction team. This role requires an experienced heavy equipment operator who is proficient in using GPS-grade control systems to perform precision earthmoving tasks in the road construction industry.
Experience and Skills Required for a GPS Bulldozer Operator:
- Operate GPS-equipped bulldozers safely and efficiently on various job sites

Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and GPS data

Excavate, grade, and move earth to meet project specifications and tolerances

Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs

Maintain clear communication with site supervisors and survey teams

Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times
Skills and Experience:

5 years of experience operating GPS bulldozers.

Familiarity with cut-and-fill grading, slope work, and site balancing

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong understanding of job site safety practices

Experience working in civil construction, road building, or large-scale site development

Mechanical aptitude for basic troubleshooting

OSHA certification is a plus
