As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll work directly with our founder and our clients to lead full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles with a strong focus on technical and product hiring. You'll thrive here if you're a confident agency recruiter who knows how to build trust with clients, move quickly, and identify high-calibre candidates who actually fit the business, not just the job description.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and execute the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned client roles
  • Join and document client kickoff calls; prepare and maintain kickoff forms
  • Draft and post compelling job descriptions across LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal platforms
  • Collaborate on candidate assessments and screening rubrics
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates (technical and non-technical)
  • Conduct structured screening interviews and administer assessments
  • Create and deliver high-quality candidate packages to clients
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Provide a high-touch experience to both clients and candidates
  • Track progress and maintain organized pipelines using Manatal

Requirements

    • 3+ years of agency recruiting experience
    • Proven success recruiting for technical roles (e.g., software engineers, product, data)
    • Strong interviewing and assessment skills, especially for technical screens
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Confident with sourcing tools, ATSs, and Boolean search strategies
    • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to juggle multiple open roles
    • Collaborative mindset (you'll be working closely with our founder and clients)
