As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll work directly with our founder and our clients to lead full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles with a strong focus on technical and product hiring. What You'll Be Doing
- Own and execute the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned client roles
- Join and document client kickoff calls; prepare and maintain kickoff forms
- Draft and post compelling job descriptions across LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal platforms
- Collaborate on candidate assessments and screening rubrics
- Source, screen, and assess candidates (technical and non-technical)
- Conduct structured screening interviews and administer assessments
- Create and deliver high-quality candidate packages to clients
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Provide a high-touch experience to both clients and candidates
- Track progress and maintain organized pipelines using Manatal
Requirements
- 3+ years of agency recruiting experience
- Proven success recruiting for technical roles (e.g., software engineers, product, data)
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills, especially for technical screens
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident with sourcing tools, ATSs, and Boolean search strategies
- Highly organized, self-directed, and able to juggle multiple open roles
- Collaborative mindset (you'll be working closely with our founder and clients)
